Graeme is very friendly and efficient. We told him our preference for the piano we are interested in and he managed to recommend and find a lovely piano for us. I love the piano and enjoy playing it. Very professional service. Thank you!
We have recently purchased a Weiler piano from Pianoworks. Graeme was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make the right choice for our daughter. The follow up service has been fantastic and we look forward to dealing with Pianoworks in the future.
Wonderful, friendly, professional service. My daughter has a new found enthusiasm for playing and is enjoying her new piano every day. Thanks for coming and giving us a very professional tune after the settling in period too Graeme.
I purchased a new Wertheim platinum upright piano with Pianodisc system from you about 18 months ago and I am truly thrilled. It is surely the best purchase I have ever made. I love to play the piano but I lack the coordination to play at a standard other people can bear to listen to. With Pianodisc I get a professional playing my piano whenever I want, just be selecting the music I want from my iPad. I can have solo piano or music/vocal accompaniment as chosen. It is marvellous and gives me many hours of pleasure. A friend, who is a music teacher, considers the Wertheim an excellent piano - both the sound and action quality. The Pianodisc system itself works to perfection and the service from Graeme is outstanding.
Great friendly service and delivery with all the love and care a piano deserves.
I have recently purchased a [Kawai Grand] piano from Graeme at Pianoworks, New Plymouth and can not recommend him and his shop highly enough. On holiday in New Plymouth I happened upon Pianoworks, and the selection of pianos in the store were superb. He and his staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable playing the pianos. I returned to New Plymouth for a second look at a couple of his pianos with my daughter who is an accomplished pianist and she too was delighted at the range and quality of the pianos in the store. After four wonderful hours of trying out all the pianos, we decided to buy a Kawai Grand that Graeme had just prepared for sale. Graeme personally delivered the piano to us in Wellington and we are absolutely delighted. The piano looks and sounds superb, the price was very reasonable, Graeme delivered the piano at a time that was convenient to us, and we have a follow up tuning to look forward to when needed. I would definitely recommend a trip to Pianoworks in New Plymouth if you are looking to buy a piano.
