Dear Graham, The piano arrived last week in tip top condition … my daughter cried when it was opened (she had no idea it was coming) and she saw how beautiful it was and of course the history behind it is especially touching. Brett and I would like to say thank you for the amazing restoration you have done on the piano. It doesn’t look like the same one I had spent my childhood playing on. I can’t wait for my mother to see how beautiful her mother’s piano looks… even though to an expert like yourself it may not have the best sound it sounds just perfect to us for so many reasons. Thank you again and to the people who worked on it as well.
I have recently purchased a [Kawai Grand] piano from Graeme at Pianoworks, New Plymouth and can not recommend him and his shop highly enough. On holiday in New Plymouth I happened upon Pianoworks, and the selection of pianos in the store were superb. He and his staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable playing the pianos. I returned to New Plymouth for a second look at a couple of his pianos with my daughter who is an accomplished pianist and she too was delighted at the range and quality of the pianos in the store. After four wonderful hours of trying out all the pianos, we decided to buy a Kawai Grand that Graeme had just prepared for sale. Graeme personally delivered the piano to us in Wellington and we are absolutely delighted. The piano looks and sounds superb, the price was very reasonable, Graeme delivered the piano at a time that was convenient to us, and we have a follow up tuning to look forward to when needed. I would definitely recommend a trip to Pianoworks in New Plymouth if you are looking to buy a piano.
Many thanks to Graeme and Debbie for outstanding service over a number of years. Nothing has been too much trouble for you and you have always provided a service that is totally professional, technically excellent, friendly and dependable. All the best for 2015.
Thank you Graeme, for the best tuning ever for my Yamaha. After languishing in storage for a year it sounds awesome and I can't leave it alone!
Great friendly service and delivery with all the love and care a piano deserves.
